• Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and made to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant.
• To keep your pieces looking their best, wipe them regularly with the polishing cloth provided and avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• Store your jewellery in the reusable pouch provided when not in use, and remove pieces before sleeping to help prevent scratches, tangling, and accidental damage.
Shipping & returns
- All orders take 2-3 working days to process. Once orders are processed, delivery time for
- Local orders (Singapore) : 3-5 working days
- International orders : 14 - 21 working days
Packaging
• Each jewellery piece is individually packed in a protective pouch to help prevent scratches during transit.
• Every order includes our signature cotton pouch, care card, and polishing cloth for storage and jewellery care.
• For orders containing multiple items, each piece will be packed separately for protection while sharing the same cotton pouch, care card, and polishing cloth.
