Build an ear stack in threes

One drop, one pavé hoop and one small star—graduated from bold to quiet.

Start with the Brooklyn Huggies in the lowest piercing so the three-stone drop has room to move. Add the Circle Diamond Hoop above it, then finish with one Diamond Star Stud along the natural rise of the lobe. Keep a little skin visible between every piece. Repeating gold and clear stones makes the different shapes feel intentional.

Start with the Thick Figaro Cuban Bracelet as the visual anchor. Add the Diamond Night Bracelet for one clear focal detail, then contrast it with the fine twist of the Thin Rope Bracelet and the alternating polished and textured links of the Textured Round Ring Bracelet. Gold or silver

Find your metal in daylight

Start with undertone clues, then confirm them beside your face.

Undertone is the colour beneath the surface of your skin; it is separate from how light or deep your skin is. Check several clues together. Veins that look mainly green can suggest warm undertones, while blue or purple can suggest cool undertones; a mix may suggest neutral. Then hold gold and silver beside a clean face in neutral window daylight. The better metal usually makes the skin and eyes look clearer rather than grey, dull or overly yellow. Veins are only a clue—olive and deeper skin can also be warm, cool or neutral.
