I have sensitive skin. Can I wear your jewellery?
Our current jewellery is nickel- and lead-free and designed with sensitive skin in mind. Skin sensitivities vary, so please check the material details on the product page and stop wearing the piece if irritation occurs.
Will the jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?
XVXII Everyday pieces are made from 316L stainless steel. Gold finishes use an 18K PVD coating. They are waterproof, tarnish-free and designed for showers, workouts and Singapore humidity.
XVXII 925 pieces are made from 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver can naturally oxidise or look dull over time and may need occasional polishing. Check each product page for the exact material and finish.
What is your shipping policy?
- Processing time: Orders take 2–3 working days to process. Please expect possible delays during festive periods.
- Singapore delivery: 2–3 working days after processing.
- International delivery: 14–21 working days after processing. Delivery times can vary by country and courier.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day warranty with a one-time free exchange when the product received is incorrect, defective or breaks.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect item ordered by the customer, an incorrect mailing address supplied at checkout, a change of mind or delivery delays.
Sizing exchanges: Request within one week of the purchase date and provide a valid receipt or order number.
