Before You Book

Questions people usually ask.

Yes ! we're happy to arrange a walkthrough before you commit. Just mention it in your enquiry and we'll set up a time that works.

Up to 40 guests standing.

All listed furniture, air-conditioning, and roadside loading/unloading access.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 80% payable one week before your event date.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking before the deposit has been made. Once the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed and the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Yes, you're welcome to bring in external vendors.

For catering, we kindly ask that you avoid heavy meals, especially those with strong odours or foods that are oily, curry-based, or likely to cause stains. Light refreshments and snacks are absolutely welcome.
